Vineet BajpaiFounder & CEO

Vineet is the Founder & CEO of the Magnon Group.

Under Vineet's leadership, Magnon has charted a stellar course. First, it emerged as one of India’s largest digital agencies within a decade of its inception. Then in 2012, the company became a part of the Fortune 200 Omnicom network (NYSE: OMC).

Today, Magnon eg+ is one of India's most respected marketing performance companies, with industry-leading creative production, advertising, digital and martech capabilities. Vineet has been at the helm of the agency for over 20 years.

Ranked among the 100 Most Influential People in India's Digital Ecosystem, he has won several awards including the Asia Pacific Entrepreneurship Award 2011, the CNBC TV Mercedes Benz Young Turks Award 2012 and the Entrepreneur of the Year Award 2016.

Author of eight best-selling novels and business books, Vineet has an honours degree in Economics from Delhi University, and an MBA with triple specialisation in Marketing, Finance & IT.

He is an avid gamer, a bonfire guitarist and a road-trip junkie.

Vivek MeraniManaging Director

Straight out of college, Vivek started his career at Magnon 2 decades ago. He was named Managing Director of Magnon eg+ in 2014, at the young age of 33. This made him perhaps the youngest ever MD of a multinational agency in India. He has been profiled as a case study in the bestseller book ‘30 Something CEO’.

Vivek leads client relationships across international markets, including North America, Europe, Australia and the Middle East, apart from India, and works with several Fortune 100 brands. His constant drive to provide innovative marketing solutions to clients, along with providing strategic guidance to the internal teams, ensures that Magnon eg+ is perceived as not just an agency, but an integrated marketing arm for its clients.

He is a regular speaker and panelist at various corporate and academic forums and is an MBA from LBSIM, New Delhi.

His interests include swimming, cycling, horse riding, tennis and is passionate about travelling the world. As of now, he is worried about strands of grey hair!

Sunil AhujaExecutive Director

With over 24 years of experience, Sunil forayed into the IT industry as a software engineer. He started his journey at Magnon Group 10 years ago as an Account Manager and today he spearheads the core technical team as an Executive Director. He also looks after the HP International Team at Magnon eg+.

Over the years, he got exposed to a range of technologies like Foxbase, Clipper, VB6 and Java.

Having extensive hands-on project and account management experience, Sunil has successfully delivered a variety of websites, desktop applications and digital assets to clients across the globe. Along with project management, he has an enriched experience in handling Operation teams. He also played an active role in driving technical team towards success.

Denny JosephBusiness Director

At Magnon eg+ Denny’s role is that of an Onboarding Specialist which entails client acquisition along with setting up processes that ease new clients into the agency ecosystem by setting up workflow systems, KPIs, define ways of working and systems to monitor team performance.

Denny comes with over 18 years of experience working across both ATL and BTL forms of advertising with some of the leading advertising agencies like Bates 141, Hakuhodo Percept and 141 Sercon. His experience in ATL comprises working for brands in FMCG, Consumer Durables, Consumer Electronics and Automobiles. Some of the brands he has worked with include Coca Cola, Nokia, Dabur, Sharp, Suzuki Motorcycle India, Unicharm and Hindware.

Denny also headed large scale activation projects in the past, like The Grand Kerala Shopping Festival, VLCC CRM project and the Forum Nokia developer initiative.

Prior to joining Magnon eg+, Denny worked at Tag Worldwide, which is one of the largest print production agencies across the globe. He has extensive experience in managing large volume, full-fledged brand/product campaigns for some of the largest brands in India who are active marketers like HP, Apple, Pernod Ricard and Sony Mobiles.

Hemant NagarVP – Key Accounts

Hemant is a Digital Marketing professional with more than 16 years of experience in managing 360 degree marketing campaigns for renowned domestic and International brands across leading agencies. Some of the key accounts managed by him include Maruti Suzuki, Etihad, Nissan, Intel, Cisco, Mahindra Comviva, Peterson Power, Tekelec and many more.

He has exposure and experience in managing campaigns for both B2B and B2C verticals. Hemant’s strength around Digital marketing and understanding client requirements has made him a key pillar in the Magnon family.

His current mandate includes leading the International business and aligning Magnon eg+ with key network offices as their offshore digital partner. He also leads a large team of digital professionals, including account managers, project managers, digital developers, creative designers and technological professionals.

Vikas TiwariVP – Key Accounts

Vikas is an Integrated Marketing Communication Professional with over 12 years of experience in managing 360 degree campaigns for renowned brands across leading advertising agencies in India.

With exposure in both segments, i.e. B2C and B2B, his experience comprises working for brands with specialised skills in consumer durables & consumer electronics category. Some of the Key Accounts managed by him during his previous stints at Rediffusion – Y&R, McCann WorldGroup and Tag Worldwide include brands like Hewlett Packard, LG Electronics and Videocon. Before that, he had also worked over a variety of brands like ICI Dulux Paints, Apeejay Education Society, Timesjobs.com, Batra Hospitals & Ansal API to name a few.

Vikas’s strength lies in mainline advertising, account growth and deep understanding of building client-agency relationships has made him a key pillar in the Magnon family.

Currently, he leads the account management team for one of our prestigious clients – Hewlett Packard India.

Pranjal RaiVP – Key Accounts

Pranjal is a seasoned digital advertising professional and a digital technology enthusiast who believes that the integration of technology into communication solutions is an answer to contemporary business and social challenges.

He has spearheaded agency relationships with several global and Indian market clients and has led integrated marketing campaigns for brands like Samsung, Philips, Mastercard, DuPont, American Express, Modi Mundi Pharma, JK Tyres, UNICEF & Dassault Aviation.

He played a pivotal role in getting digital campaigns and initiatives recognized with accolades of global acclaim like ECHO, EFFIES, DMAi & Asia’s Leader in Customer Engagement by Mastercard Financial Insights & Innovation Awards.

Before joining Magnon eg+, Pranjal worked with leading advertising agencies like Ogilvy, DDB Mudra, and Cheil Worldwide. In addition to this, his extensive experience with Sonalika Tractors as National Lead for branding makes him adept with the business side of marketing & communications and the real-time challenges that marketers face. Hence, his current initiative at Magnon eg+ is to help marketers with communication solutions that are technology-led, creative, performance-driven, and stringently coherent with go-to-marketing timelines.

Kavita SiddiquiVP - Human Resources

Kavita is a seasoned HR professional with 14+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Advertising & IT Industry. Having worked up the ladder from execution to HR strategy, Kavita's journey is commendable.

In her current role, Kavita heads the HR function across the three agencies at the Magnon Group. Some of her key responsibilities include talent acquisition & management, employee engagement and HR strategy. She has also been actively crafting Learning & Development programs to create meaningful learning experiences for MagnonKnights.

As a member of the leadership team, Kavita continues to play an instrumental role in developing the Magnon brand and a "wow" culture at work.
